2012 Sine Qua Non, Shackled 375ml

From the Cumulus vineyard, 2012 Shackled is 100% Petit Manseng which is native to Southwest France and is most commonly used to produce sweet wine.

This is the first wine from SQN with Petite Manseng as the primary grape. 

These grapes are dried on straw mats before fermentation. 

Picked on September 4, 2012, then air dried for 30 days.

34 months in new French oak barrels.

The alcohol is 11.3%. Acidity is 7.1 g/l. Residual sugar is 25.5%.

Bottled only in 375ml bottles.
