2019 Sine Qua Non, Distenta I Grenache 750ml

2019 Distenta I Grenache & Syrah were shipped together in Spring 2022. 

"Distenta" is Latin for "Unlabeled."

The winery decided that they can't keep thinking up new names for each new wine, so starting with the 2019 vintage, all non-EBA reds will be named "Distenta."

76% Grenache, 8% Mourvèdre, 9.3% Syrah, 4.3% Petite Sirah, and 2.4% Viognier.
39% The Third Twin Estate, 32% Eleven Confessions Estate, 11% Cumulus Estate, 15% Bien Nacido, and 3% Molly Aïda Estate. Aged ~23 months in 26.5% new French oak, 66.7% used oak and 6.8% concrete. Fermented 43% whole clusters (mainly Grenache). Bottled June 21, 2021 into 1536 cases of 750s and 600 magnums.
